Indian Spiced Couscous with prawns, beans and cherry tomatoes:
Combine prepared Indian Spiced Couscous with blanched green beans, halved cherry tomatoes and roughly chopped almonds. Top with sautéed prawns.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime, a generous drizzle of olive oil and some fresh mint leaves.
