Yoghurt and Omega Mix Flatbreads

These surprisingly easy and very delicious flatbreads are perfect with soups, your favourite dips and spreads or wrapped around pan-fried tofu and salad.

Ingredients

250g self-raising flour

85g (1/2 cup) Omega 3 Mix

1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

1 ½ teaspoon baking powder

250g Greek style yoghurt

Instructions

Mix together the flour, Omega Mix, sea salt and baking powder. Add the yoghurt and use a wooden spoon to bring it all together, before switching to using your hands.

Knead for just a minute, adding a little extra flour if too sticky.

Cover with a plate and leave for 20 minutes.

Cut into 6 roughly even pieces. Roll out on a floured board until fairly thin.

Heat a dry frying pan or cast iron skillet. Cook the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
