Breakfast Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
Smoothie
ΒΌ cup (35g) Natural Almonds
4 Dates
2 Tbsp (20g) Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp (20g) Berry Superfood Powder
2 frozen small bananas, peeled and sliced into coins
2 cups frozen mixed berries
A splash of nut milk
Top with
2 Tbsp (15g) Chocolate and Almond Granola
1 Tbsp (10g) Sunflower Seeds
1 Tbsp (10g) Pumpkin Seeds
Extra frozen berries
Instructions
Add Natural Almonds, Dates, Hemp Seeds, Berry Superfood Powder, frozen banana and frozen mixed berries into a high powered blender or food processor.
Blitz until smooth – you may need to stop the blender a few times to scrape down the sides. Add a splash of nut milk if needed to get it going.
Divide between two serving bowls. Top with extra frozen berries, Chocolate and Almond Granola, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds.
