One Bowl Seed Crackers

These fantastically easy, wholesome and delicious one-bowl crackers have the perfect crunch and a rustic appeal that will look brilliant on your next platter.

½ cup (45g) omega mix

½ cup (85g) flaxseeds

½ cup water

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

½ teaspoon cumin seeds



Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine.


Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Leave to absorb for 10 minutes.


Tip onto a large (lined) oven tray and spread out thinly using a spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake for 30 minutes.


Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while still warm. Allow to cool completely, break into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
