Oats made delicious with no added sugar dried fruit, nuts & seeds

Ingredients

Oats Plus 175g (2 cups*)

Sliced Natural Almonds 100g (1 scoop)

Apricots, diced 90g (1/2 scoop)

Dates, diced 85g (1/2 scoop)

Pumpkin Seeds 50g (1/4 cup)

 

Instructions

Good source of fibre.  Source of protein.  Low sodium.

Pour all ingredients in a bowl, mix well and transfer into an airtight container

Serve with milk or yoghurt & sprinkle with fresh fruit.
