2 cups oats

1 tsp Chia Seeds

½ cup Natural Almonds, roughly chopped

½ cup Natural Cashews, roughly chopped

½ cup Sliced Cranberries

½ cup Gourmet NZ Apricots, chopped

½ cup Pumpkin Seeds

½ cup shredded coconut

1 tsp cinnamon

⅓ cup honey

⅓ cup peanut butter

Chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips directly onto the tray and mix together until well combined.

Spread evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Allow to cool, then mix through chocolate chips.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy throughout the week.
